VP Medical Consultants is a boutique consulting company.  We have a specialized skill set that is applicable to medical practices, specifically, those that have less than 50 employees.  We work directly with the business owner, making sure that the goals that were set at the start of our agreement are attained.

We do not accept more than 20 clients per year.  You work directly with us, no minions.  Our services are customized to your individual needs. You will meet with Victor and Dr. Vida to determine what your goals are.  Then we will create a custom plan to get you there.
